Men's Sexual Mastery

By enrolling in any Men's Sexual Mastery ("MSM") program, you ("Member") agree to the following terms in full. Please read carefully before enrolling.
Section 1
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any MSM program. By enrolling, you confirm that you are 18 or older. MSM reserves the right to verify age and remove any participant found to be under 18 without refund.
Section 2
These terms apply to all MSM programs and offerings, including but not limited to the 12-week Group Training, 1:1 Coaching, the MSM Brotherhood community subscription, and any future programs offered by Men's Sexual Mastery LLC. Specific pricing, payment plans, and program details are stated at the point of enrollment and are subject to change for future enrollments.
Section 3
MSM provides personal development education focused on men's sexual health, vitality, and relational fulfillment. MSM is a self-development program. MSM does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, sex therapy, or any licensed professional healthcare service. Coaches and staff are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. Nothing within the program constitutes a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Before participating in any MSM program, especially those involving breathwork, embodiment practices, or intensive personal development work, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider to confirm that participation is appropriate for your current health status.
Breathwork and embodiment practices carry inherent risks. These practices may be contraindicated for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety or panic disorder, active psychosis or psychiatric instability, significant trauma history, pregnancy, or recent surgery. If any of these apply to you, obtain medical clearance before participating.
Section 4
MSM programs contain explicit educational content related to human sexuality, sexual anatomy, sexual energy practices, and male sexual health. By enrolling, you confirm that:
Section 5
All enrollment fees and payment plan installments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fixed-term programs (including but not limited to the 12-week Group Training and 1:1 Coaching packages): Your enrollment immediately reserves your place, allocates coaching time, and provides access to digital materials and community resources. All payments under a fixed-term plan are fully committed at the time of enrollment. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled installments regardless of whether you continue active participation.
Subscription programs (MSM Brotherhood and any ongoing subscription offerings): You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Specific pricing and payment schedules are disclosed at the point of enrollment. All program prices are subject to change for future enrollments.
Section 6
MSM is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. MSM reserves the right to remove any Member without refund for conduct that is unsafe, abusive, harassing, threatening, sexually inappropriate toward other members, materially disruptive to the program community, or in violation of any provision of these terms.
Removal from the program results in the immediate loss of access to all program materials, calls, and community spaces. Removal does not alter or extinguish your payment obligation. If you are on a payment plan at the time of removal, your scheduled installments continue on their original timeline. You remain bound to your full payment commitment regardless of your participation status.
Section 7
All MSM group spaces, calls, and communications are confidential. You agree not to record, reproduce, share, or distribute the content of MSM calls, group discussions, or fellow participant disclosures without explicit written permission from MSM and the relevant parties.
Section 8
MSM may record group calls and sessions for internal coaching and quality purposes. All recordings are retained for a maximum of seven (7) days and then permanently deleted, unless explicit written consent is obtained from relevant participants for a specific use beyond that period. MSM will not distribute recordings publicly or use them in marketing materials without express written consent from the participants involved.
Section 9
All MSM videos, course materials, frameworks, written content, guided practices, and teachings are the exclusive intellectual property of Men's Sexual Mastery LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or otherwise use MSM content outside the program without explicit written permission. Violation may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.
Section 10
MSM does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. Your progress depends on your personal commitment, consistency of practice, and individual circumstances. Testimonials shared on our platforms reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.
Section 11
MSM collects personal information (including name, email address, phone number, and any health disclosures you voluntarily provide) solely for program administration, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell your personal information. Health-related disclosures are treated with strict confidentiality. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at menssexualmastery@gmail.com. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Section 12
If a scheduled payment fails, you must update your payment method within seven (7) days. Program access may be paused until the outstanding balance is resolved. Persistent non-payment may result in removal from the program and pursuit of outstanding balances through legal or collections processes.
Section 13
You agree not to harass other participants, solicit commercial business within MSM spaces, share explicit or illegal content, or distribute MSM materials outside the program. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Section 14
MSM reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, delivery format, or coaching personnel with reasonable notice to enrolled members. In the event of circumstances beyond MSM's reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, natural disaster, or other force majeure events, MSM may reschedule, modify, or substitute program delivery without triggering refund obligations.
Section 15
MSM may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued participation in any MSM program after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 16
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSM's total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. MSM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or relational harm arising from program participation.
Section 17
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Men's Sexual Mastery LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation, your conduct, or your violation of these terms.
Section 18
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your participation in any MSM program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.
If you reside outside the United States, you agree that Texas law governs this agreement to the fullest extent permitted in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Section 19
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 20
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Men's Sexual Mastery LLC regarding program enrollment and supersede any prior representations, communications, or agreements.
Section 21
By enrolling in any MSM program, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Men's Sexual Mastery LLC. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

SMS Messaging
By submitting an application or booking an appointment through the Men's Sexual Mastery website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Men's Sexual Mastery. Message types include application follow-ups, booking confirmations, and appointment reminders.
Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your enrollment status or access to any program.
